Love and Support One Another: Building community skills. Provide workshops, study groups, and facilitated conversations, and find and connect folks with educational resources for skills such as: non-violent communication, restorative justice, relationship skills, crisis intervention and recovery, facilitation, emotional first aid, and peer-to-peer support. 3. Community Space: hold spaces to build trust with each other and to share skills and resources, such as monthly meditation or group healing spaces, and monthly POC-autonomous group healing spaces.
