Employment Advocacy for Black Trans People

To tackle antiblack economic violence, specifically the economic discrimination that Black queer-trans people face in employment by documenting the lived experiences of Black queer-trans people with employment, economic discrimination, and wealth building through personal testimony and community events: creating popular education that examines how antiblackness, cissexism, and misogynoir shape employment practices at every step of the hiring and management process; and Creating mechanisms to hold industries and employers accountable for discriminatory hiring and compensation practices, and
for workplace policies that disproportionately harm Black women and LGBTQIA people.
